Brittany & Nick's Rochester Engagement Session

I'm so glad we could fit in Brittany and Nick's Rochester engagement session while the pair were in Brittany's hometown from Chicago. We had a beautiful evening for photos in the downtown area and over by the Royal Park Hotel. I'm looking forward to Nick and Brittany's Addison Oaks wedding next summer! Congratulations on your engagement, you two! xxoo

Rachel & Tom's Rochester Engagement Session

I'm so thrilled to post Tom and Rachel's Rochester engagement session feature tonight! These two are college sweethearts and they met while living in the athletic dorms at Miami University. I absolutely loved getting to know them better at their session and I know their Oakhurst Golf and Country Club wedding day this August will be fabulous because of their fun personalities, good looks and amazing chemistry. Congratulations on your engagement, you two! I hope you enjoy my favorites from this adorable session! xoxo

Courtney & Kenny's Royal Park Hotel Wedding

I'm beyond excited to share this feature of high school sweethearts Courtney and Kenny's elegant blush and gold Royal Park Hotel wedding. These two are truly a match made in heaven and they have been nothing short of a joy to work with from day one when we first connected over email. We had an awesome Armada engagement session last fall after the two got engaged in Norway (where Kenny's family is from) and I just knew these guys were going to be so much fun to photograph on their special day as well. Their love is so apparent to anyone who is around them. Even in planning this post, Kenny and I chatted and we planned it so I would share this when Courtney can see it with him instead of when she's working her night shift as a nurse. He's always thinking of her! Kenny and Courtney were wed in a chic and bright ceremony in the Conservatory at the Royal Park Hotel in Rochester and had a darling romantic reception afterwards in the Grand Ballroom. I always love the sweet little out of the ordinary details and here are some of them: Courtney's bouquet had 3 pieces of fabric attached to it from the wedding dresses of her mother, grandmother and great-grandmother in addition to a special pin from Kenny's grandmother, the his and her wedding bands had Ephesians 5:23 and Ephesians 5:24 engraved on them and were carried down the aisle in a wood box that Kenny made, the dance floor had gorgeous butterfly decorations hanging over guests for a dreamy atmosphere, and Kenny and Courtney planned a surprise choreographed bridal party dance to get the group dancing started off right (they jammed to "Uptown Funk"), to name a few! It was so fun to watch and capture! See below the photos for full credits to the fabulous vendor team!
