Auburn Hills Marriott Wedding Pontiac

I’m so happy to be able to share Michelle and Matt’s wedding feature with you this evening. I hope you all had a very happy New Year! I first met Michelle in 8th grade and I was so thrilled when she contacted me about photographing her wedding at the Marriott this past fall. We had a blast at Matt and Michelle’s Rochester engagement session last spring (you can see it here). She and Matt are so happy together and I just love love love it! Michelle and her love had a beautiful wedding day. The bridesmaids started off the day in lovely floral robes, all in a different shade, and then Michelle shared a first look with her dad (so sweet). Michelle was radiant in her strapless gown with the perfect amount of sparkle and I absolutely loved her romantic down hairdo. The pair opted to share a first look and to do many photos beforehand (always a great idea!) and then they tied the knot under a beautiful Breath of Spring chuppah. We got a few sunset photos then it was time for the new Mr. and Mrs. to enjoy their reception. After some wonderful toasts, a delicious dinner, and cutting their cake, Matt and Michelle had a hora dance (one of my favorite wedding things ever!) and then guests danced the night away.
