Kaylin & Phil's Inner Circle Estate Wedding!

I was so excited when high school sweethearts Kaylin and Phil asked me to be their wedding photographer at their intimate venue, Inner Circle Estate. As a wedding inspiration blogger and avid Pinterest fan herself, I knew Kaylin would plan a stunning day and she most certainly did! Kaylin first knew she was falling for Phil as they lay in a hammock under the stars back in high school and both of them had special memories of camping growing up, so an outdoor ceremony and reception just made sense for them. Regarding their gorgeous English castle style venue, Kaylin said, “The venue transformed my original vision of a rustic barn wedding into something that was much more romantic and feminine. The long path to the heart of the property reminded me of my favorite movie The Princess Bride… and I knew I wanted to take my guests to a place of whimsy and romance. Pastels, lots of flowers, the natural beauty of the property and wooden and burlap touches gave just the look I was hoping for.” Kaylin was stunning in a lovely dress from The Wedding Shoppe in Berkeley with a gorgeous bouquet from Flowers by Kevin and jewelry from Yesterday's Treasures and Lace Boutique while Phil wore a dapper Banana Republic suit. The two exchanged vows and rings during their romantic woodsy ceremony under a beautiful vine and flower arrangement Kaylin’s father made for them. The couple’s dog, Jake, even played a significant part in their day as the ringbearer (you may remember the photos of him at their engagement session! Their bridal party was adorned in cream and light pink and guests were offered adorable DIY streamer sticks and “Yay” signs! My favorite part of the day photographically was taking photos of the gorgeous newlywed couple in front of Inner Circle Estate at dusk. After that, the couple had a ball playing the shoe game and dancing the night away to the tunes of Ultimate Sounds surrounded by their closest family and friends. I had such an amazing time photographing this wedding and I wish Kaylin and Phil all the best as they embark on their new path as husband and wife!
