Detroit Yacht Club Engagement Session

My friend Leanne is engaged to her love, Brian! The two tie the knot at Waldenwoods in February. I am just so excited! We planned their engagement session at the Detroit Yacht Club because the two wanted something on the water, but then unexpected rain majorly delayed the session. We went to the Illuminated Mural where it was not raining much and almost rescheduled, but we are so glad we didn't! The rain stopped and we got the most glorious sunset for a mini sunset session! I was so thrilled and I know they were too. Congratulations, you two! Can't wait to capture your big day. xxoo

Whitney & Dustin's Detroit Engagement Session

I'm thrilled to share Whitney and Dustin's super sweet Detroit engagement session with you tonight. The pair, who knew each other in high school and fell in love a few years later, wanted to check out a favorite Louise Chen mural in addition to the Illuminated Mural and Belle Isle. We had a very windy day which made photos tricky, but we were patient and stuck with it. I'm amazed at how sweet Whitney is and I know she will be super fun to work with (not to mention GORGEOUS) on their wedding day in October at Pine Knob Mansion. Can't wait!
