I'm happy to share Olivia's vintage carnival-inspired bat mitzvah feature with you this evening! Olivia was such a sweetheart to work with from the beginning when we did her pre-party session in chilly weather in Detroit in front of a mural that fit her party colors perfectly! It was an honor to capture the big event with my friend Esme! Deb LeClaire did an amazing job with the design. Elliot's Simpsons Themed Crofoot Bar Mitzvah

Elliot's "Bart" Simpson themed bar mitzvah was so fun! We did Elliot's candid session in downtown Birmingham, while Homer Simpson (aka Elliot's father Jeff) photobombed Elliot! We were cracking up with Elliot and his beautiful mom, Marla, most of the shoot but Elliot was great at keeping a straight face. His bar mitzvah service was at Temple Israel Friday and the big party was at the unique and industrial Crofoot in Pontiac the following evening. The room was decked out with floral arrangements by my absolute favorite, Parsonage Events, linens by Fabulous Events, and an amazing logo, incredible hanging decor and signage by Designs by Debbie LeClaire. Elliot and all of his friends enjoyed an AWESOME evening of entertainment and dancing courtesy of the always fabulous Startrax (their emcee was Freddie!). The night was not complete until guests had devoured my personal favorite big event treat, ice cream cookie sandwiches from Eskimo Jack's. Mazel tov, Elliot! a>
