Jack & Danielle's Detroit Blessed Sacrament Wedding
Jack's expression during the first look says it all. Danielle is a stunner and these two are so very in love. I had such a wonderful time photographing them recently at one of Detroit's most breath-taking churches, Cathedral of the Most Blessed Sacrament, and the lovely Italian American Banquet Center. We had stunning weather and Danielle and Jack were just so great in allowing me the room to get some fabulous photos of them together. The whole day was so lighthearted and fun and it was really a pleasure to be a part of it. As the photographer, you know the bride and groom are awesome when you almost can't leave at the end of the night! I wish the new Mr. and Mrs. Oliver all the best as they start their new lives together!

Adam & Nikki's MSU Tollgate Engagement Session
I'm excited to share this session on this rainy afternoon! Since they were the winners of the Valentine's Day Facebook contest I did with Kaylin of A Touch of Whimsy Events, Nikki and Adam got lovely styling for their recent MSU Tollgate Farm engagement session! What a treat to have A Touch of Whimsy be a part of this shoot! Kaylin tailored the styling to Nikki and Adam's personalities and interests. I highly recommend her to all of my clients! These country music lovers met in high school and have been together ever since. Congratulations on your engagement, Nikki and Adam, and I'm so excited to photograph your wedding in just a couple short months!

Keith & Kyla's Waldenwoods Wedding
I recently had the chance to do a mini engagement session in downtown Rochester for Keith and Kyla as well as their wedding at the always gorgeous Waldenwoods! This loving and emotional wedding had an extra unique element to it: both the bride and groom are in the Air Force. In fact, that's how they met last year. The two were wed under the cozy twinkle lights at Waldenwoods surrounded by their 60 closest family and friends. I know Kyla and Keith have really been looking forward to seeing these photos, especially since Keith was deployed to Korea 3 weeks after the wedding, something that was put into the works before the pair even met. Congratulations, Mr. and Mrs. Hayes and thank you so very much for your service to our great country. I hope these photos bring back happy memories of your wedding day and bring you comfort during your year apart!
